We want you to love your new shelving; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all wall-mounted hardware and floating brackets are included in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repackage the shelves in their original box with all mounting templates, screws, and brackets to prevent any scratches or damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the shelves for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
